HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 5 was before the Senate on reconsideration. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 5 Commemorating the attack on Pearl Harbor by establishing Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCR 5 On Reconsideration YEAS: 18 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Adams, Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Frank, Green, Halford, Kelly, Leman, Lincoln, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Rieger, Salo, Sharp, Torgerson, Zharoff Excused: Hoffman, Taylor and so, HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 5 passed the Senate on reconsideration and was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House.
